"August News Flash"

The angel of August is the angel of perseverance.

The new directions we began in the spring may have become difficult to sustain.
Like a garden that needs constant watering and weeding in the scorching August sun, our projects and dreams require stamina and determination to bring them to fruition.
The angel of August helps us with unflagging energy to tend the garden we have planted.
When the hot summer sun and the work of our lives demand too much of us, the August angel brings us the fortitude to cleave to our tasks through completion. 


Judie of Maine had her first post-op mammogram and all is good and fine!!! Yipppeeee!!!
Music to your ears Judie, You have been inducted into the NED club also!!!!   Grats to you!!!

Kim has reached a Great milestone on her bc journey!!! Kim finished Radiation on
August 27th, 2002,  Tuesday!!!  Way to go Kim!!! Happy Dancing with you!!!

Jen=Jamkat  of Texas, has results from her bone scan,ct scan and all her blood work.........All
Negative  Jen  welcome to the NED club!!!

Lady Pauline has finished her chemotherapy!!!  What a feat Pauline, You did it!!! Congratulations Lady!!!   Doing the Happy Dance for you and Sir Ron!!!

Vicki of Arkansas  is celebrating  3 years from her bc diagnosis!!!  Happy Dancing for you Vicki!!!  What a great milestone on your journey!!!!  Grats to ya!!!

Ro-Sky Angel  is celebrating 5 years from her bc treatments!!!  wuuuuubuuuu Ro!!!

Cindy P. of Wisconsin has results on her lump in her armpit and it is  benign breast tissue!!!  Yipppeeee Cindy!!!

Rhonda of Washington State  hd her chest ct  NEGATIVE for cancer!!!  Happy NED Rhonda!!!

Pebs=DebK. had a colonoscopy and all is well, NED!!!  Grats Pebs!!! 

Irish Kelly, MRI results are in,  UNREMARKABLE!!!!  Way to go Irish!!!  Also, Kelly has results on her bone scan !! and she is NED!!!

Christy of Georgia,  has her mammo results,  Christy is NED!!!  Grats!!! Christy on this great news!!!

Tina of Virginia had her 6 monther  onc appointment, and  Tina is NED, chest x-ray good, blood tests  great!!!   Way to go Tina!!!

Kerri S. of Michigan, had her follow-up ultrasound  and all is Negative!!!

TommieE of Arkansas  has her biospy results and  all tests negative!!!   Happy NED Tommie!!!

Jenny of NZ,  had all her yearly testings and she is 2years NED!!! Congrats to you Jenny!!!

Maria of Massachusetts,  is finished with her chemo as of July 30,2002, Friday!!!   Oh Maria, Maria, what a great milestone on your journey!!!  Let's Celebrate!!!  Happy Dancing for you Maria!!!
